See the account balance

Open Plan to review your current plan and credit balance. Amazi displays plan credits and additionally purchased credits separately, then uses them as one account balance for personal agent work and Amazi AI Gateway requests from projects you own.

Free-plan monthly credits refresh to the configured allowance instead of accumulating every missed month. Purchased credits remain separate and are not removed by a Free refresh. When a paid subscription ends, its plan credits expire according to the subscription rules while purchased credits remain available.

Plan cards show all benefit sections expanded by default. Select a section heading to collapse or reopen it independently.

Registration credits

The Free plan shows the credits granted when an account is created. Adding or changing a phone number does not grant extra credits. Registration contacts and sign-in options are described in Account and security.

Plan purchases and subscriptions

Payments are processed through YooKassa. Your plan or additional credits activate after payment confirmation.

Your current plan shows its name and monthly credit allowance, with the paid-through date underneath. A purchase pays for the selected term. You can optionally enable automatic renewal during payment; the checkbox starts unchecked. Existing purchases stay without automatic renewal until you explicitly enable it. Any next period already paid for remains valid. The Free plan is permanent.

Your current-plan card contains automatic renewal controls, your masked payment method, and the next charge amount and date. The Active badge sits beside the plan name. The renewal consent dialog shows the full amount and billing period before you enable renewal; a discount on the initial payment does not reduce later renewals. There is no early charge. You receive an upcoming-renewal reminder and a purchase confirmation after successful payment. Separately purchased credits remain on your account.

If your plan allows credits to carry over, successful automatic renewal preserves the eligible balance from the expired term up to the plan's carry limit, including when payment succeeds after access has expired. Those carried credits become available again after renewal succeeds.

Re-enabling renewal after a failed payment starts a new payment attempt. If a payment is still pending, wait for its outcome before enabling renewal again. Other customers' pending payments do not prevent your renewal from being attempted.

Use Change payment method to save a new card on YooKassa's page without buying another term. Amazi displays the payment system and last four card digits. Saving a card does not turn on renewal. If renewal is already on, future attempts use the new card. Turn off automatic renewal stops future attempts while preserving the paid term; Remove payment method also disables renewal. An already initiated payment may still complete. The next charge appears below your paid-through date.

When no card is saved, the same area shows a labeled preview with an example card. Configure payments opens its settings: select an active card from the list, select Off to stop renewal while keeping the cards, add an example card, or remove an individual card with confirmation. Removing the selected card switches to Off; removing another card keeps your selection. Selecting a card from Off asks for renewal consent. The card-linking dialog opens above the settings. Save preview applies your example choices to the plan card; Close discards unsaved changes. The preview does not change your subscription or make payments.

If payment fails, the subscription section shows the failure and any next retry. Temporary declines can receive up to two automatic retries within three days. Paid access ends at the paid-through date and resumes after successful payment; there is no additional paid-access grace period. You can update the card and enable renewal again during this recovery window, which may charge immediately. After the window, purchase a plan again. If a payment needs verification, contact support before paying again. An unavailable plan or a pending plan change stops automatic renewal.

When switching immediately, the displayed transition price includes credit for the unused portion of your current plan. The payment dialog shows the regular price, the deduction and the amount due. Scheduling a different plan without payment does not pay for or activate it. You can also select Free and choose to switch now or after the current paid term. Switching now ends paid access and resets plan credits; separately purchased credits remain. Choosing Free replaces any unpaid scheduled change.

Buy additional credits

Select Buy credits in the balance card, choose a package, and review its total price and price per thousand credits. Purchased credits remain available after the paid plan ends. The promo-code input and Apply button appear together below the package details. Hover over the question mark for help, or tap it on a touch device.

Promo codes and gift codes

Enter a purchase promo code in the payment dialog and select Apply. It adds bonus credits, either a percentage of purchased credits or a fixed amount; it does not reduce the monetary price. Eligibility, expiry and activation limits depend on the code. If a code cannot be applied, the message explains the reason: expiry takes priority over an exhausted activation limit. An available code entered in the wrong field tells you where to use it; an unknown code is reported as nonexistent. Each account can activate a code once. The bonus is granted after successful payment and appears in Operations history.

The promotion card shows the current introductory promo code with a copy button. Open Promotion terms to check its conditions, then apply the code in the payment dialog when purchasing a plan.

Select Gift certificate in the balance actions menu next to Buy credits to activate a free credit gift without buying anything. Gift credits also appear in Operations history.

Plan cards organize their details into titled sections. Expand each section separately to read its included features and other details.

What a plan controls

Plans can define:

• project and application capacity;
• project sharing and ownership transfer;
• built-in integrations;
• access to plan-restricted project templates;
• database tools and connected-device access;
• Application connections diagrams and Gateway access;
• badge-free publishing and custom domains.

When a feature is unavailable, its tab shows a notice at the top explaining what your plan does not include and what upgrading enables. Select the notice to open Plan. Crown icons in project menus and actions show the same feature-specific explanation. Code notices apply to manual editing; you can still read project files and ask the agent to develop your project. A downgrade does not delete existing projects, applications, memberships, or connections; it can block new resources or pause a protected capability.

Saved custom instructions remain visible in a locked editor when your plan no longer includes them, but they are not passed to the agent. Existing integration connections can be disconnected. Gateway requests and GitHub synchronization stop when the required capability is unavailable; invited members lose access when sharing is unavailable. Already published sites are not rebuilt when the plan changes.

Who pays for shared work

The project owner normally pays for agent tasks. Membership settings can assign an eligible paid-plan collaborator as payer for tasks that person starts. Amazi records the requester and fixes the billed account when it accepts the task, so a later role or payer change does not split an active charge. Gateway requests are always charged to the current project owner.

Understand usage

Operations history lists incoming credits: purchased credits, plan credits, free grants, gifts, promo and questionnaire bonuses, and credits added by an administrator. A plan activation does not add a duplicate row beside its credit grant. Scheduled plan changes, spending, and internal balance transfers are excluded; their effects remain reflected in your balance and subscription details.

A renewal entry counts only newly granted credits after debt repayment. Credits carried over from the previous term are included in your balance without being counted as a new grant.

Completed agent work shows its total credit cost. One task can include separately metered planning, development, and image-generation operations; their charges add up to the task total. The account-wide Gateway page identifies each operation and provides its project, provider, model, status, timing, token, and credit details. If the balance is too low, add credits or change the plan before starting more work. Final provider usage can differ slightly from an initial estimate because Amazi settles each actual metered operation.

Voice input is free for everyone signed in, on every plan and even with no credits remaining. Sending the transcribed text to the agent is billed like any other request.

Read crowns and current plan functions

A crown marks a plan-controlled feature. Buying additional credits replenishes spending capacity without changing the plan's enabled functions. Project code management groups source download and manual file changes under one availability function. This manual-access restriction does not prevent the agent from writing or editing your application through chat. Database Studio and Application connections access likewise control those views, not the agent's database or application development work. Custom instructions, sharing, ownership transfer, GitHub synchronization, integrations, Gateway, outbound proxy, badge removal, and custom domains have their own availability conditions. When a requested operation is denied, Amazi explains the specific restriction; unrelated work can continue.

The Current plans and functions section is generated from the public plan catalog. Its enabled functions reflect the configured plan, not promotional prose. An empty function list means no additional availability functions are enabled in that configuration; it does not mean the account cannot open the application. Current amounts and plan offerings can change.
