Welcome
Getting started
Turn an initial request into a project, answer material questions, and review the first result.
Describe the result
On Home, describe what you want to create. Include:
- Audience: who will use it.
- Main workflow: what they need to accomplish.
- Data and connections: essential information or integrations.
- Completion signal: what a successful first version should do.
Attach a reference file or image when appearance or existing material matters. A focused first request is easier to review than several unrelated features in one prompt.
Home automation examples appear below the composer in a matching-width area. Rounded chips fit their labels in two compact, centered rows. Hover over an example to preview its full request after a short delay; keyboard focus opens the compact tooltip immediately. The tooltip closes when you leave the example. Choose one to fill the request, then edit it before sending. Drag or scroll the examples horizontally, or use the arrows to see more. When examples overflow, the dots beside the arrows show your position. Click a dot, or focus it with Tab and press Enter or Space, to jump to that group of examples.
Work with Amazi
Send one request for an answer, plan, investigation, or implementation. Amazi decides whether to answer directly, investigate, or implement project changes. You do not need to choose a mode, model, reasoning level, or context policy. Ask for an image in the same chat when one is needed.
Amazi chooses the default application technology without asking you to pick a stack. A new web frontend uses React/Vite; a backend is added only when needed. If you request another technology, Amazi confirms that choice. See Applications.
Answer material questions
Amazi may pause at any point to ask a small set of questions when a missing choice would materially change the result. Choose an answer or add your own comment, and the same task continues. Preview keeps the onboarding screen until the first commit appears in History. A reply without project changes does not unlock the preview. Once the first version is saved, the project is initialized and the onboarding screen closes while Amazi may continue working. If no application has browser preview enabled, Preview explains that it is unavailable.
Review and continue
- Watch the active task in chat.
- Test the result in Preview.
- Use Code to inspect files and History to review completed versions.
- Give the next change as another concrete outcome.
Start a new chat when the topic is unrelated so it has a clean context. Return later from Projects.
