Welcome
Navigation and interface reference
Find the six sidebar pages, project menus, account controls, and help dialogs.
The six sidebar destinations
The main sidebar has two groups. The first contains Home, Projects, and Templates. Services contains Plan, AI Gateway, and Support. Below them are recent projects, Search, the credit balance, and the account menu. Project workspaces use their own header and panels instead of this full sidebar. On smaller screens, open the navigation drawer to reach the same destinations.
On desktop, use the control beside the Amazi logo to collapse the sidebar to icons and expand it again. Hover or focus an icon to see its destination. Search, Plan, and your account menu remain available in the collapsed sidebar. The plan card shows your total balance, including additional credits. Its progress line compares that balance with your plan's monthly allowance: 100% equals one monthly allowance, and a higher balance keeps the line full.
The sidebar fills the window height and joins the page along a single divider. The light theme uses a soft gray background, white cards and fields, and blue accents. The dark theme uses graphite backgrounds, blue-gray cards, neutral gray message and composer backgrounds, subdued borders, and cyan-blue accents. Controls, avatars, and selection states use solid colors. Documentation also uses edge-to-edge panels.
Page headings show the title and description. Settings sections inside a project also include a colored icon.
Legal documents
The bottom of the documentation sidebar links to Privacy policy and Terms of use on separate pages. The same links are available in the mobile menu. They show the current documents for this Amazi service in the selected language; if a translation has not been published, the page says so.
Home
Home opens with the “What do you want to do today?” prompt. Describe what you want to build, attach source material, and send the request to create a project. Below it, the projects section and View all link lead back to existing work. Attachment selection, drag-and-drop, and paste add material to the prompt; the voice control depends on account availability. A disabled Send action can mean the prompt is empty, work is pending, or account credit conditions are unmet. See Getting started.
Hover over an automation example on Home to see its full request after a short delay; keyboard focus shows it immediately. Clicking fills the message field without sending. In the project workspace, icon-only Chat and History tabs show their names in tooltips.
Projects and Templates
Projects separates Active, Shared, and Archived projects. Use search and sorting to locate a project, then open its card. The card's action menu can offer Manage access, Manage publishing, GitHub, Rename, Make a copy, and Archive. Available actions depend on your role, the project's state, and the owner's plan. A crown identifies a plan-controlled action; it is not an indication that the project is broken.
Templates is the catalog of starting points. Open a template to inspect it and create a separate project from its source. See Projects and templates for what copying includes.
Plan and credits
Plan shows the account balance and plan choices, duration controls, credit options, and purchase actions. Plan benefits and availability functions determine access to paid features. Additional credits can be purchased without a paid subscription; purchasing credits does not by itself unlock paid features. Review the selected option and payment details before confirming. For shared projects, many capabilities follow the project owner's plan rather than the visitor's plan. The current plan catalog is listed in Plans and credits; prices and enabled functions come from current account configuration, not this navigation guide.
AI Gateway and Support
AI Gateway shows model usage and related operation details: project, provider, model, status, timing, tokens, and credits where available. The Amazi AI Gateway tab inside a project is the project-specific surface for the same service. It is distinct from Integrations, which manages connections to external services.
Support contains your support conversations. Open a conversation to read replies or provide requested details. The sidebar badge reports support replies awaiting your response. A support conversation and an agent chat inside a project are different conversations.
Account menu
The sidebar account menu leads to Profile, where you manage your name, avatar, email addresses, and connected sign-in methods. The account menu also has language, theme, and notification sound settings. Sound is on by default and saved in your account for all projects. Password and recovery controls depend on how the account signs in. Changing an email does not mean that another person's account should be merged with yours. See Account and security.
Notifications
Messages about actions you take, such as a failed save, invalid submitted values, or a domain availability check, appear as temporary toast notifications. Correct the value or retry the action after reading the message. Ongoing restrictions and the current status of a task remain visible in the relevant section.
Top notices appear in this order: maintenance, an unfinished questionnaire, then other announcements. Click a maintenance notice to read its details and scheduled start and end times. Close a notice with its cross. Closing top and chat banners is saved to your account across devices. An announcement may appear again if it is reissued; a completed questionnaire stays hidden unless a new completion round is opened.
Open Inbox in the account menu to read notifications. Switch between unread and read messages. Use the envelope icon beside the time in the upper-right corner of each message to Mark as read or Mark as unread. Hover over it to see the action. Mark all as read at the bottom includes unread notifications beyond the currently visible list. Your read status is saved when you leave the page. Use the invitation's button to open it and confirm participation.
Amazi may notify you inside the application or by email when the first project version is ready, a question needs your answer, work has been inactive for a while, or your plan expires. The first-version notification is triggered by the first commit in History, even if Amazi continues working. An initial reply with questions or an answer without changes does not trigger it.
Project menu and modal windows
Click the project name in the workspace header to open its menu. Back to home exits the workspace; the plan-and-credits strip opens billing context. The project actions match those on its card:
- Manage access opens Project access, including people, roles, credit payer, invitation status, and actions. Invite user and Transfer ownership start separate workflows; a visible table can be read-only.
- Manage publishing opens publication management. Preview is a development environment; Publish manages the production release. Domain and badge availability can depend on the owner's plan.
- GitHub opens source synchronization controls. Connecting a repository and synchronizing code do not publish the application.
- Rename edits the project's display name. It does not rename source folders.
- Make a copy creates an independent project. Git history, chats, database contents, Storage files, and environment values with integration connections are separate options, initially off. Production releases are excluded. See Projects and templates.
- Archive moves an owned project out of active work. Restore is available from archived projects.
Close or Cancel dismisses a modal without confirming its action. Confirm, Save, Invite, or Publish applies the action described by that dialog. Disabled actions can indicate a role restriction, missing plan function, or an operation already in progress.
Product help and search
Ask Assistant follows the language of your message or your explicit language request, even when the interface uses another language. It reads the matching English or Russian guides. Source chips below the answer open the language it used; ordinary links have an outward-arrow icon and documentation links have a book icon.
Use Search in the sidebar or Ctrl/Cmd+K to open Product help. On desktop, document search is on the left and Ask Assistant is on the right; on narrow screens, switch between Search and Assistant. Search checks titles, descriptions, keywords, and page text in the current interface language. English documentation does not match a Russian-only query: use terms in the selected language or change the interface language in Profile. Clear the query to browse published guides again.
A search result opens a documentation page. The documentation site has navigation on the left, the article in the center, and On this page links on the right, with language, Open Amazi, Support, and appearance controls in its header. Ask Assistant retrieves published guides and can consult the changelog when you ask about releases or past changes; it does not apply account changes or edit your project. An empty search result means no matching published page was found, not that the project's files are missing.
For the Code tree, preview toolbar, chat composer, Database and Storage, and other workspace tabs, read Workspace overview and Preview, Code, and application connections.
